Toon city Rules

1. Flaming - Flaming is no allowed. It can be used to hurt other feelings.
2. Spam - Spamming will make the forums less atractive
3. Language - Please you PG-Rated language. No cursing. "Crap" can be mean. If you are using it to describe something that might be reasonable to say, it is allowed.
4. Content - Sexual, violent, or bad content in your posts will not be tolerated.
5. Avatars and Signatures - Avatars guidelines are stated, but please don't have more than 6 lines of text and a 200x500 picture for your signature.
6. Links - Please use links that are on the approved links.
7. Pictures and Videos - Only post pictures that are not of you. If you want to show someone, please use a PM. Any non-G pictures will result in a ban.
8. Backseat Moderating - Please do not BSM, moderate while not being a moderator. You may report posts, but if you PM a Mod you will be banned.
9. Multiple Accounts - Please don't make multiple accounts. If you have a family who plays, ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON.
10. Religion - If you post or talk about yours or others religions, you will br banned.
11. Name Changes - One name change every 6 months.
12. Deleting Accounts - We CAN delete accounts, but we prefer not to. If you wish to have your account deleted, PM an active administrator.
13. Trolling - If you blame someone else for false actions, you shall be banned.
